Politico – New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg, who helped fund and push for the effort to pass gay marriage in his state last year, took a pass on pressing President Obama to do the same on a day when the president is in Albany.
Asked whether he thinks it’s time for Obama to say where he is on the issue one way or the other, Bloomberg, who has been wooed by the White House in recent weeks, said, “You have to ask the president. He’s got to decide what he believes and what he wants to do. I don’t think there’s any question about what I think is right…”
