Abd Al-Hai Msallam says he is an artist who “deals with the Palestinian nation’s problems”, according to an interview with him on Palestinian Authority television.
One of the artist’s most recent works features a monster wearing a yarmulke with Stars of David on it, stabbing and killing children, then leaving their dead bodies to be eaten by two smaller monsters.
“This painting is about the Gaza massacre. Here I show the people, the kids, and the Zionist enemy’s cruelty and savagery,”Msallam told PA Television.
This story was first reported by Palestinian Media Watch.
The scene depicted in Msallam’s painting takes place in the monster’s underground bunker, which is safeguarded with a lock that has a Star of David pictured as it’s emblem.
