Justice Elyakim Rubinstein served Israel as deputy to the president of the Supreme Court, government secretary, and attorney general. He also served as a Supreme Court justice and as chair of the Central Elections Committee for the 19th Knesset. He is currently acting head of the Advisory Committee on Appointing Senior Officials to the Public Service.
