Lou Balcher

Lou Balcher is former Academic Affairs Director for the Philadelphia Israeli Consulate. Currently he is National Director of the American Friends of the Kaplan Medical Center, serving more than one million Israelis, based in Rehovot, Israel. Balcher also is founder and President of Young Jewish Leadership Concepts (YJLC), connecting post-college age young adults since 1986.
