Sara A. Colb is the Director of Advocacy for ADL’s National Affairs division. Prior to joining the ADL, Sara worked as a civil litigator, most recently in public service as an Assistant Attorney General in Civil Rights and Trial advocacy, and prior to that in private practice as an attorney at the law firms of Clifford Chance, Gibson Dunn, and Day Pitney. Dr. Miri Bar-Halpern is the Director of Trauma Training and Services at Parents for Peace and a Lecturer in Psychology at Harvard Medical School, where she supervises psychology interns and psychiatry residents. A nationally recognized trauma expert, she has two decades of experience across clinical, academic, tech, and policy settings, developing global programs that promote resilience, healing, and recovery in the face of extremism and identity-based violence.
