Outside of Israel, UCF boasts the third largest undergraduate Jewish college population. Innovative programs ensure Jewish students feel at home, including Hillel’s Matzah Ball Soup program, which provides sick students kosher meals at no cost, four nights a week. There is a themed (think Latin Jews, Tailgating, and Israel) Shabbat dinner and services every week. Chabad also hosts weekly barbecues, popular Friday night meals, and brings 150 students a year to Israel on Birthright.
