Campus watchdog group Canary Mission described a "cesspool" of antisemitism at this university, after students and alums associated with the school's chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine were found to be vocalizing and promoting anti-Jewish rhetoric on social media. One such post lauded Hitler as "a boss." Jewish organizations slammed UTK for its "tepid" response to the allegations and said administrators were refusing to recognize a serious problem on campus.
