Fleur Hassan-Nahoum

Deputy Major of Jerusalem

The Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem, Fleur Hassan-Nahoum is responsible for foreign relations, international economic development, and tourism in the administration of Israel’s capital. Hassan-Nahoum – who was born in the UK and brought up in Gibraltar – is also the co-founder of the UAE-Israel Business Council (UIBC), a business association established in 2020 to foster “shared opportunities, economic cooperation and business partnerships” between entrepreneurs and investors in Israel and the United Arab Emirates in the wake of the historic peace deal between the two nations this year.
