Hanan Friedman

Hanan Friedman is the president and chief executive officer of Bank Leumi, the leading banking institution in Israel and one of the largest corporations in the Middle East. Friedman joined Bank Leumi in 2014 and served as the general counsel of the bank. Addressing growing economic pressures during a speech to a technology conference in London in 2023, Friedman remarked: "Especially during these times, it is important to demonstrate creativity and innovation, and to find new channels for the continued development of the high-tech industry.
