Talia Carner

Author

A seventh-generation Sabra who lives in New York, author Talia Carner has authored five well-regarded suspense novels, including Jerusalem Maiden and Hotel Moscow. Her forthcoming novel The Boy With the Star Tattoo will be released in Feb. 2024. Active in the Jewish community, Carner serves as a board member of Hadassah-Brandeis Institute, the Jewish women's research center at Brandeis University. She is also an honorary board member of several anti-domestic violence and child-abuse-intervention organizations. Born in Tel Aviv, Carner served in the Israel Defense Forces and received a BA degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in psychology and sociology.
