Palestinian Reports Accuse Israel of Plotting to Destroy Al-Aqsa

Raed Salah, head of the northern branch of the Islamic Movement in Israel, recently said on Palestinian Authority TV (PA TV) that Israel “sees itself in the stage of the final countdown before the building of the legendary false holy Temple at the expense of the Al-Aqsa Mosque,” Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) reported on its website here.
An Aug. 3 PA TV report, according to PMW, cited “experts” who alerted viewers of “the discovery of traces of dangerous chemicals in the Al-Aqsa foundations and [the discovery of] other solvents used to cause the foundations to crumble and collapse in accordance with [Israel’s] step-by-step plans.”
The same day, the PA’s daily newspaper quoted engineer Jammal Amr, who described Israeli “specialists” who spread the chemicals at night and remove their traces during the daytime hours.
