Malcolm Hoenlein
Executive VP, Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations
As the head of an important Jewish umbrella organization in America, representing over 50 Jewish organizations, Hoenlein is one of the foremost ambassadors of the Jewish cause around the globe. Always quick to condemn anti-Semitism or defend the Jewish state against undue criticism, he’s met with the most important global leaders on behalf of American Jewry and Israel. In 2008 he accompanied U.S. President George W. Bush on a trip to Jerusalem. Since then, he’s met with everyone from U.S. President Barack Obama to Jordan’s King Abdullah. Tireless in his efforts, he sits on the board of several organizations including the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce and is Chairman of America’s Voices in Israel.
