A California contractor took the law into his own hands recently, and destroyed a swastika display at a Sacramento area home, local news outlets reported.
Cellphone video obtained by KCRA3 in Sacramento shows Richard Dixon entering the residential property and tearing the swastika display to shreds.
For months, the Sacramento community had to live with the offensive display posted outside a local residence. Dixon became so fed-up with it over time that he felt he had no choice but to take matters into his own hands and destroyed it.
“I needed to act,” Dixon told FOX40.
According to FOX40, Dixon is not Jewish, but said that he “respects the Jewish people.” He described himself as an “American” and a “good old country boy.”
