As child-at-heart, Menucha Levy is one of those women who know how to keep things real - especially when it comes to her writing; it always feels open, honest, and sincere. Her love for Chassidic philosophy stems from her tried-and-true method of integrating it's principles into day-to-day life - she says it enhances the quality of every given moment, and she continues to consume it's wisdom in depth daily. Growing up in Skokie, Illinois has lent her some charm and quirkiness, and after living-up the many joys of single life, including studying a year abroad in Sydney, Australia and spending time learning in Israel, she is now married to her best friend (and has highly recommended it!). She freelances as an interior designer, blogger, and full-time mother. On her website, Freidafroo, Menucha posts on where design and motherhood intersect, and through her love for the modern and minimal she has found a way to bring some high-glamour decked-out fun the glorious occupations of her many readers: mothers, wives, and homemakers. She lives with her husband Manasseh and their 2 year old daughter Freida in Long Beach where (even after living for years) she is still grateful for every little ray of California sunshine!
