Reuters – The engine of an Amtrak train headed for Boston derailed outside Penn Station on Monday, forcing off 147 passengers and blocking a tunnel for the evening commute, authorities said.
“It was the power car that derailed,” said Amtrak spokeswoman Christina Leeds. “There were no injuries.”
