Guardian – Voters in Turkey look set to make Recep Tayyip Erdogan the most successful prime minister in the history of the country’s multi-party system after an election that could open the door for fundamental changes to the constitution.
Erdogan’s centre-right Justice and Development party (AKP) has goverened since a landslide victory in 2002, and all indicators are that it will win easily again after Sunday’s vote.
