CNN – The International Red Cross on Tuesday implored the Syrian regime and others engulfed in fighting to halt so it can distribute help to hungry, frightened and injured civilians.
“Implement a daily cessation of fighting for at least two hours, in all areas affected, to allow the prompt delivery of humanitarian assistance,” the International Committee of the Red Cross said.
