Members of Israel’s political leadership are in the United States this week, ahead of the annual AIPAC (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) conference scheduled to begin on Sunday in Washington D.C.
Shimon Peres, a Nobel laureate and the current President of Israel, stopped by an unlikely place on Wednesday – “The View”.
In existence since 1997 on ABC, “The View” has become one of America’s most popular daytime talk shows. Moderated by Whoopie Goldberg, the show features 3 and sometimes 4 other women, to discuss the issues of the day.
