London’s mayor, Boris Johnson, appears to have become an orthodox and chasidic Jew. Well, at least for a few minutes. The conservative politician who was educated at Eton and Oxford and is running for a second term in the upcoming mayoral election, recently donned the famous black cap associated with the chasidic community.
In 2008, Johnson decided to break from the tradition of not offering an opinion on other countries’ Presidential elections, when he publicly voiced his support for then Senator Barack Obama.
