Wall Street Journal – Secretary of State John Kerry, plowing ahead where so many have become bogged down, is seeking to revive the dormant Arab-Israeli peace process this weekend with his third trip to the Middle East in two weeks.

The U.S.’s top diplomat is bringing to Jerusalem and Ramallah on Sunday potential confidence-building measures that the State Department hopes will start the first direct peace talks in more than two years, according to officials briefed on the American diplomacy
