Times of Israel – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu canceled his appearance at a Likud convention on Thursday, at a time when his influence over the right-wing party appears to be waining.
The official reason given for skipping the event, where the prime minister was scheduled to be keynote speaker, was the removal of two substantive items from the agenda.
