Gaza Rocket Strikes Ashkelon Region

Times of Israel – A red alert sounded in the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council early Monday afternoon after a rocket launched from within Gazan territory was detected. The Kassam missile landed in an open area and did not cause injuries or damage.

The attack came a day after an Israeli Air Force strike hit a Palestinian terrorist allegedly responsible for multiple attacks against Israel, in the central Gaza Strip.
