Globes – At least 20 Israelis flying to India on Monday unexpectedly found that the plane they were on was making an emergency landing at Tehran Airport, after a passenger suffered a heart attack. The Turkish Airlines flight was en route from Istanbul to Mumbai.
During the flight, a passenger suffered a heart attack and required medical treatment on the ground. Under the circumstances, the pilot decided to make an unscheduled landing in Iran. There were at least 20 Israelis on board.
