Israeli Government Official Blasts Opposition for Boycotting Controversial Votes

Israel Hayom – Likud Deputy Minister Ofer Akunis called opposition parties “childish” on Sunday after they announced they would be boycotting the vote on three controversial bills this week.

“Leadership is not forged by crying,” Akunis said in response to the announcement. “We will not bow to extortion. The votes will be held as planned.”
