Mehdi Nemmouche, Mohamed Merah, Youssouf Fofana – these are the names of the recent murderers of Jews in France. Jews are in danger for their lives in France and Europe because thousands of young Muslims are being brainwashed by radical Islamic organizations that are operating in broad daylight through prisons, the Internet, and mosques.

That is the reality of Europe and particularly France in today’s version of anti-Semitism. Hundreds of anti-Semitic aggressions are not even being reported.

There is not a week in which a Jew is not attacked because he wore some identifiable Jewish symbol. For thousands of young Muslims from the suburbs, it has almost become a ritual to attack a Jew whenever they see one. The suburbs have become a cesspool of anti-Semitism where radical indoctrination is exploding.

With thousands of Jihadists from Europe fighting in Syria, these people will come back to haunt Europe and France and create havoc there. The first targets are Jews; these young radicals are filled with hate and aggression and are obsessed by the concept of Jihad against Jews. I am afraid we are witnessing the beginning of a new form of Pogroms. Jews have to organize themselves to protect their lives – 70 years after the Holocaust. We cannot just stand and wait till the next attack.

Many people from the Jewish community in France feel the extreme political pressure from both sides of the spectrum between what is happening with the Front National Party (xenophobic, anti-Semitic, populist) and the Islamic Radicals in France.

Let us remember that history has taught us to be extremely vigilant about these warnings. Things can happen very fast. Just a few weeks ago thousands of French people were screaming, in the streets of Paris, violent anti-Semitic slogans not publicly displayed since the 1930s.

We have a French President at extremely low (13%) levels of popularity and mainstream parties that have been disavowed by lots of voters. There is an open path for all the populists from the extreme left and right most certainly. It’s a pending disaster for Europe’s second largest economy and 600,000 French Jews.
