Jerusalem Post – Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Thursday he was not against an extension of nuclear talks between the Islamic Republic and world powers.

“For the same reasons I wasn’t against negotiations, I’m also not against the extension,” Khamenei said, according to his website.

    For such a sweet looking old guy it’s so unfortunate that he is so obviously delusional.
    Canada built it’s own bomb in the late forties and deployed them until the mid-sixties. PM Diefenbaker had them decommissioned. It was an horrendous expense on the treasury and an even worse toll was suffered by the natural environment.
    We are still totaling up additional costs with each passing year.
    Besides, after killing bin Laden in Abbotabad the U.S. would probably retaliate for Tehran should Islamabad be so foolish as to initiate hostilities, even through a proxy like the Taliban.
    Some people do things the hard way cause they don’t know any better.
