Mediate – Donald Trump said that the Geneva Convention was a “problem,” because the “rules and regulations” made American soldiers “afraid to fight.”
“We can’t waterboard, but they can chop off heads,” Trump added. “I think we’ve got to make some changes, some adjustments.”
