Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a video on Sunday in which he made “an unprecedented offer to Iran.”
As Israel is a pioneer in wastewater recycling, Netanyahu announced the creation of a new Farsi-language website to share information on water resources with ordinary Iranians.
