CTech – IBM has appointed Israeli Gabi Zodik to lead the company’s blockchain research strategy, the company confirmed to Calcalist Monday.
Zodik has been working at IBM’s offices in Haifa for over two decades. He most recently served as the director and head of development for Watson Assistant Solutions, IBM’s artificial intelligence-based question-answering computer system.
In his new position, Zodik will lead IBM’s global research activities in Blockchain from the company’s Haifa offices and will continue to lead the IoT platform worldwide strategy.
