For Wednesday’s International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism, the United Nations (UN) created a large exhibit to remember terror attacks around the world.

The UN displayed large posters citing terror attacks such as those on New York, Boston, Indonesia, Kenya, and even a lone Palestinian victim of terror in New Zealand.

Incredibly, the UN chose to ignore the country victimized by more terror attacks than any other — Israel.

Even Hamas’ October 7 massacre, rape, torture, and murder of more than 1,100 Israelis less than a year ago did not receive the UN’s attention. Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdan, toured the exhibition, and pointed out the hypocrisy.

And so, as the UN decides not to categorize the Palestinian murder of thousands of Israeli civilians as terror, it is no wonder that the Palestinian Authority (PA) continues to broadcast calls for the extermination of Jews.

The following is from a sermon broadcast on official PA TV from a mosque in Ramallah less than two weeks ago.

The preacher urges Allah to “strike the thieving Jews” and “kill them one by one and not leave even one.” In one word, he is calling for genocide.

Unnamed preacher: “O Allah, hand of power and might, support the Jihad fighters in the Gaza Strip, and grant them a decisive victory…

O Allah, strike the thieving Jews, O Master of the Universe. Allah, count them and kill them one by one, and do not leave even one of them. O Allah, divide them and scatter them in every direction, divide them and scatter them in every direction.” [emphasis added]

This repeats the genocide call by PA Shari’ah Judge Abdallah Harb broadcast by PA TV Live just a month earlier, documented by Palestinian Media Watch:

PA Shari’ah Judge Abdallah Harb: “Allah, strike your enemies, the enemies of your religion … Allah, strike the aggressive Jews, strike them and their allies, O Master of the Universe, and those who support them both politically and with weapons and money. O Allah, kill them one by one, Allah count them and kill them one by one, and do not leave even one of them, O Master of the Universe.” [emphasis added]

If the UN refuses to recognize the murder of Israelis as terrorism and lets these blatant calls for murder of Jews and Israelis go unchallenged, is it any wonder that the PA continues to promote genocide?
