Hamas’ televised incitement against Israel continues.
Recently, characters on the children’s program “Tomorrow’s Pioneer” called for resistance against the ongoing peace talks taking place between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, Israel’s channel 2 reported.
The program is regularly televised on Hamas’s Al-Aqsa TV and features a girl named “Rim” and a stuffed bumble bee called “Nachool.”
Among others, the bumble bee delivers this line: “That a Jew should pray next to me? Never.”
According to the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), the episode included a lesson on the meaning of the word “negotiate.” Rim explains to Nachool that “negotiating means that we and the Jews will become friends and that we must forgive them for the blood of the shahids.” In response, a shocked Nachool responds, “What? Never!”
As the conversation proceeds, the girl’s view on political negotiations becomes even more extreme: “Negotiating means killing the ‘Mujahedeen’ and that 90 percent of the Palestinians’ land will be given to the Jews.”
“No, this is impossible,” replies the bee.
