Two Arab men have been arrested in connection with the stabbing of an orthodox boy in Jerusalem on Thursday.
The incident occured near the “Tomb of Shimon Hatzadik” and Israeli authorities are investigating the crime as possibly “nationalistically motivated”, according to Israel media reports.
Following the arrests of the two suspects, an ambulance was pelted with stones by Arab youths near the scene of the stabbing.
Thursday’s stabbing follows a firebomb attack earlier this week and a stabbing of an Israeli soldier last month.
