Yahoo – Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Friday that she will take a step back from the decision whether to charge anyone in the Hillary Clinton private email server probe. But a Justice Department spokeswoman quickly clarified her remarks, telling Yahoo News that top political appointees will remain involved in the investigation and that the attorney general will be “the ultimate decider.”

Lynch told Washington Post journalist Jonathan Capehart in an interview at the Aspen Ideas Festival that she will accept whatever recommendations the FBI and career prosecutors make. (Career prosecutors are Justice Department lawyers who were not appointed by the president.)

    Even if Bill Clinton and Lynch did not discuss Hillary Clinton’s email server issue at all, the impromptu meeting could have helped cement their friendship and thereby had an effect on Lynch’s impartiality.

      Shortly after Bill met with Loretta, Hillary said she is considering keeping Lynch if she wins. How many ways can you say bought and paid for? Quid pro Quo? I’ll scratch your back……Politics as usual.

    So basically she knows she broke the law and knows she caused the appearance of impropriety and knows the Clintons will blackmail or kill her prosecutors and knows she will be paid off by a good position if she buries the email investigation, she and Eric holder and Barry for that matter (high treason is worse than the appearance of inpropriety) are bad lawyers and should be disbarred just like slick billy. The last thing we need is another liar president with a moral compass that came in the bottom of a cereal box.
