Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr revealed during a recent interview that she keeps in her purse a copy of The Zohar, the foundational text of Jewish mystical thought known as Kabbalah.

The former Victoria’s Secret model told Beauticate.com that the book of “healing and protection” is one of the essential items she always keeps in her handbag, along with a hairbrush, sunglasses, headphones and a bracelet made by her son, Flynn. During the interview, she read out loud an excerpt from the book that explains its ability to “keep darkness from coming near you.”

“It’s like a little protection,” she said.

Were God Merely to ‘Exist,’ Our Prayers Would Be Meaningless

“God is a circle whose center is everywhere and circumference nowhere,” said Voltaire. Indeed, trying to describe God is like trying to...

In a 2014 interview with the UK’s Telegraph, Kerr dispelled rumors that she is a Buddhist. “I’m Christian,” she said. “I pray every day. I meditate every day and I do yoga. I’m not religious, I’m spiritual.”

About the article of the ignorant students. These are the drop outs who can’t pass a test so they do what any dumb ass would do. They attack the vulnerable. They get an immediate audience. They know all the dumb ass prompts. What to say to rile people, getting their attention. This gives their miserable lives meaning. They are dumb ass cowards who have no worthwhile life. They are the garbage dump of humankind. Is this the best U of Tennesee can do?

  • Miranda, who’s, rather which publication company’s Zohar do you have. It’s wonderful that it can be carried.

I have read a couple of versions, Too large for comfort.
