Pop singer and songwriter Christina Aguilera told her Israeli fanbase in a new message to get excited for what she promised to be an “unforgettable” upcoming concert — her first ever in the Jewish state.
“I am so excited to finally make my way to Tel Aviv,” the Grammy Award-winning singer, 32, said in a video message shared by the show’s promoter, Live Nation Israel, on Sunday.

Live Nation Israel, which announced the concert on June 15, said only a few tickets are still available for the Genie in a Bottle singer’s concert at Live Park Rishon LeZion.
The Staten Island-born singer released her self-titled debut album in 1999 and last year she released AGUILERA, her first Spanish-language album in almost 22 years.
Forbes magazine ranked Aguilera as the most successful artist of the first decade of the 21st century, and Time magazine ranked her as the most influential woman in 2007. Two years later, she became the youngest and only artist under the age of 30 to be included in Rolling Stone magazine’s list of the 100 greatest singers of all time.
Aguilera has won five Grammy Awards and two Latin Grammy Awards for Best Female Pop Vocal Album in 2001 for her first Latin LP, Mi Reflejo, and Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album last year for her album AGUILERA.
