ABC – President Barack Obama has repeatedly slammed Donald Trump for his apparent unwillingness to release his tax returns, a break in precedent for decades of candidates for the nation’s highest office.
However, according to the White House, Obama is “unlikely” to take advantage of a widely overlooked rule in the Internal Revenue Code that would allow him to see and release Trump’s returns for him.
